Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty and you have the choice of upgrading to the UNITED 2, 3 or 5 year warranty on parts and labour. Please refer to the UNITED sub folder for pricing and more information.

3.      How do I charge my Altina A600 Satellite Navigation Unit?

The Altina A600 has a built-in lithium ion battery which works best when it is fully charged using the supplied 240 volt charger. The 12/24 volt car charger can also be used to keep the unit charged whilst in your vehicle much the same as your mobile phone. The benefits of having a lithium ion battery is that the Altina A600 becomes a truly portable device allowing you to use the pedestrian navigation mode, mp3 or mp4 function when you’re on the go!

4.      My GPS unit locks up to frequently how can I fix this problem?

Give the unit a good overnight charge as it has probably been a while since you did this. Try using it again and if the problem persists contact our technical support team.

5.      Can I play games at the same time as watching a movie on my Next base DVD Unit?

Yes you can. One viewer can be enjoying a movie while the other is playing 1 of the 75 games on his/her Nextbase game controller. Sony playstation can also be played on these Units.

6.      Can I adjust the picture on my reversing camera monitor?

Yes of course. Using your remote or the buttons on the side of the monitor you are enabled to perfect the image you receive from the monitor by increasing/decreasing brightness, contrast and colour.

If glare is a problem try changing the angle of your mirror monitor so it is not facing the rear windscreen directly.
